Welcome to Red Sox Nation Matt

Baseball season is just around the corner, and my team, the World Champion Boston Red Sox (never thought I'd hear myself say that in THIS lifetime) is gearing up for run to repeat as champs. Well, the Spring Training games haven't even started yet and, already, one new team member gained some brownie points amongst Nation memebers. Newly signed fireballer, Matt Mantei, pictured to the left in his old Arizona Diamondback uni, made a humorous, and quite accurate, crack at the New York Yankees: "...I don't like the Yankees. I don't think anybody does. I don't think anybody does except the Yankees..." Welcome to the team Matt :)

One Word: Dynasty

That's 3 times in 4 years folks. Say hello to the new kings of the gridiron, the New England Patriots :) To think that in my 20 years of being a fan of this team I would hear "Patriots" and "Dynasty" used in the same sentence and not be a joke. Pats are a Dynasty Sox are World Series Champs and I'm engaged to an amazing woman Am I lucky or what? :)
